You learn the framework and develop the diagnostic skill — how to accurately assess your real capacity on any given day. Internal state plus external load. Why the lower of the two determines how you respond. Why misclassification, not lack of effort, is the driver of the start-stop cycle.
Identify Your Failure Modes
False Green — running on adrenaline while appearing high-capacity. Hidden Red — functioning while depleting. Redlining — the sustained overdraft that high achievers miss because output continues. Code Red — system overload. You will recognize yourself here. More importantly, you will understand why the push-through approach has been costing more than it produces.
Apply Across All Six Pillars
The framework applied to your real life across every domain: nutrition and meals, movement, work and recovery expectations, and weekly planning. Not in ideal conditions — in the actual conditions of a high-output week with full days, shifting demands, and no margin to waste.

My work draws from holistic and functional health, integrative and Ayurvedic medicine, nervous system health, and the psychology of high-capacity individuals. The frameworks I work with are grounded in how the body actually functions under sustained demand — not how it functions in controlled conditions or for the average person.
This work is for high-capacity individuals who know something is off — and are done with approaches that do not account for who they are or what their life actually demands.
The investment
Payment in full. Eight clients only.
Every client enrolled in this program is someone we believe it is genuinely right for. The application and discovery call exist to determine that — for both of us. Future live cohorts will be priced significantly higher. The founding rate reflects the stage of launch, not the completeness or quality of the content.
